شركت آب و فاضلاب اهوازدرنظرداردبا رعايت ماده (۱۲) قانون برگزاری مناقصات مصوب سال ۱۳۸۳مجلس شورای اسلامی و آيين نامه اجرايی ذيربط،تأمین مالی، تأمین کالا واحداث ایستگاه های پمپاژ فاضلاب شهر اهوازبه روش PCFرا بااطلاعات مشروحه ذيل به متقاضيان واجد صلاحيت واگذارنمايد:

- تامین مالی، تأمین کالا و احداث ایستگاه های پمپاژ فاضلاب شهر اهواز
- براساس مجوزات اخذ شده،تامين مالی(به صورت فاينانس خارجی)معادل ۸۵% مبلغ پيمان برعهده پيمانكارمي‌باشد.
- محل اجرا: سطح شهر اهواز و شهر کارون
- مدت اجرای كار: ۲۴ماه
- شرايط متقاضيان شركت درارزيابی كيفي:پيمانكاران خارجی با مشارکت پیمانکاران داخلیكه دارای سوابق كافی دراحداث ایستگاه های پمپاژ فاضلاب باشندباتوجه به ضوابط ومقررات جاری دولت جمهوری اسلامی
ايران ازجمله قانون حداكثراستفاده ازتوان توليدی وخدماتی درتامين نيازهای كشور... (مصوب ۱۳۹۱) با رعایت شرایط زیر، مي توانندنسبت به شرکت در ارزیابی کیفی اقدام نمايند:
پیمانکاران خارجی باید دارای توان فنی ومالی مناسب با توجه به ابعاد و مشخصات طرح بوده و شرایط لازم وموردتائيدبانك مركزی جمهوری اسلامی ايران برای تامین مالی طرح را داشته و موافقت اصولی اولیه بانک یا موسسه تامین کننده خارجی مبنی بر موافقت با تامین مالی ۸۵% اعتبار مورد نیاز پروژه را به همراه اسناد و مدارک ارزیابی کیفی ارائه نمایند وبه صورت مشارکت به همراه تامین کنندگان و پیمانکاران داخلی تایید صلاحیت شده پایه ۱ رشته آب در زیر رشته خطوط انتقال آب و شبکه های آب و فاضلاب دارای سوابق فنی و اجرایی مستند و معتبر در مناقصه شرکت نمایند.
- تاريخ،مهلت،ومحل دريافت اسناد ارزيابي: واجدين شرايط مي‌توانند درساعت‌های اداری ازتاريخ۲۵/۱۱/۹۶تا۰۲/۱۲/۹۶نسبت به دريافت اسناد،ازمهندسین مشاور ری آب به نشانی تهران- خيابان آفريقا- كوچه فرزان غربي پلاك ۳۰ ،اقدامنمايند. دريافت اسناد ارزيابی تنها با به همراه داشتن معرفینامه كتبی و درقبال ارائه فيش بانكی به مبلغ۱.۰۰۰.۰۰۰ريال واريز به حساب شماره ۰۱۰۵۱۵۵۲۷۲۰۰۲ نزدبانك ملی. بنام مهندسین مشاور ری آب امکان پذیر خواهد بود.
- تاريخ،مهلت ومحل تحويل اسناد ارزيابي: مناقصه‌گران پس از دريافت ومطالعه اسناد ارزيابی،حداكثر تا آخر وقت اداری مورخ۱۶/۱۲/۱۳۹۶اسناد مربوط را تكميل و درپاكت لاك و مهرشده بهنشاني اهواز –کیانپارس-خیابان ۵ غربی نبش خرداد–شرکت آب و فاضلاب اهواز- طبقه سوم دفتر قراردادها(تلفن ۰۶۱۳۳۷۳۷۲۱۴) تحويل و رسيددريافت دارند.

Invitation of Prequalification of Applicants for International Bidding of Financing and Execution of Ahwaz Sewerage Pump Stations (PCF)
Ahwaz water and wastewater company in regard to article 12 of tender holding law approved by parliament of Islamic Republic of Iran and related executive regulations in 2003 has considered to choose eligible financier/contractor for financing, supplying of materials and construction of pump stations of Ahwaz sewerage project with PCF method.

- Project Summary and specifications:
- Financing, supplying of materials and construction of pump stations of Ahwaz sewerage project with PCF method.
- In regard to approved permissions, equal to 85% of contract finance should be provided by foreign financer.
- Location of execution: Ahwaz city and Karoun city
- Duration of execution: 24 months
- Requirements of applicants in prequalification: Foreign contractors in partnership with local contractors that meet sufficient experience in execution of sewerage wastewater pumping station in regard to I.R.I. regulations such as maximum use of national competency of production and service (approved in 2012), can attend in bidding considering following requirements:
Foreign applicants must have sufficient technical and financial capacity based on size and specification of the project in addition to requirements of central bank of I.R.I. Also foreign applicants have to present initial agreement of bank or foreign financer in order to approve financing 85% of the project credit along with prequalification documents and attend in prequalification as joint venture of local applicants holding qualification certificate grade 1 in water categories expertise in equipment of water & wastewater issued by Management and Planning Organization (MPO) meeting valid technical and executive experiences.
- Interested eligible applicants could receive prequalification documents during working hours from 14 Feb 2018 to 21 Feb 2018 from Ray Ab Company located in No. 30, West Farzan Street, Africa Ave., Tehran. Receiving prequalification documents is possible only by holding recommendation letter as well as bill of deposit 1.000.000 IRR to account No. 0105155272002 (Melli Bank) belonging to Ray Ab Company.
